Questions & Answers
1. How do you deal with bumps with exposed roots?
If there are roots exposed on your cart paths, we can solve that problem as well. We simply shave the root down level with the surrounding asphalt. This will most likely kill the root and possibly affect the future health of the tree. This risk should be discussed by your golf course prior to our arrival.
2. What is the Maintenance Departments responsibility to the contract?
We do ask that the golf course supply the gas for the machine. 5 to 7 gallons per day. This ensures that the work is not interrupted by taking the machine off site during the job. We also ask that the cart path is clean and free of debris.
3. Who Does the Cleanup?
The machines use a very fine grind. Our operators simply sweep the millings to the side of the cart path. Once the job Is complete, any further clean up can be handled by your maintenance staff with a simple leaf blower.
